What the mornings look like
Every class here is labelled strong, and the energy carries across styles. Vinyasa and yoga sit alongside strength work, Pilates and core and pelvic floor classes, so the mornings can move between flowing sequences and more focused, muscular work.
The collection is built around the early hours. Nearly all of the classes start in the morning and most begin before 9am, with 7:30am as the most common start. Typical classes run about 50 minutes, which fits neatly before a working day.
Where and with whom
Yoga Movement in Smíchov, Body Atelier in Holešovice and More Than Pilates, also in Smíchov, offer the most classes in this collection. Smíchov is where the early practice gathers most, with Holešovice as the other neighborhood to look at.
Sandra Noskyová, Sára Smilková and Tereza lead the most classes. Elevate Strong Vinyasa at Yoga Movement and Morning Power Sculpt at Body Atelier show how the strong mornings are shaped, from a longer vinyasa to a shorter, sculpting session.
