What the short classes are
Nearly every class here is Pilates, and nearly all of them use the reformer. Open-level reformer and mat classes sit at the center of the schedule, and the studio also runs a fusion class that combines both. Most classes are open to all levels, so the same session can hold people new to the machines and people who have practiced for years.
The gentler end of the schedule is smaller but clear. Reformer stretch and flow classes focus on deep stretching and unwinding after a long day, and a few sessions are built around mobility, flexibility and balance. There is also a class for people 60 and over that uses restorative flow and joint-friendly movement.
How the week runs
Mornings carry most of the week. More than half of the classes start before noon, and the earliest start is 6am, with 7am and 8am among the busiest times. The schedule thins out through the middle of the day, with only a small share of classes at midday, then picks up again in the evening, with the latest start at 6:30pm.
The busiest days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Weekends carry about a fifth of the classes. Every class listed runs 45 minutes, so a session fits neatly into a short window.
