What the studio teaches

The studio's classes are built around Pilates on the reformer. Nearly all of them are marked as strong and open to all levels, so the same studio can hold a first-time student and someone returning to a familiar sequence.

Reformer FLOW is the class the studio puts forward most. It is contemporary and athletic, designed to sculpt and tone, and it asks for effort throughout.

How the week runs

Most classes begin in the morning, with about half starting before 9am. The earliest start is at 5:30am, and the morning start times that fill most often are 7:30am, 8:30am and 9:30am.

The evening schedule is lighter. A handful of classes start around 5:30pm, and the latest class starts at 6:30pm. Midday has no classes, and weekends carry only a small share of the week. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are the busiest days.

Who leads and where

Roughly ten facilitators lead the classes, and the ones who teach most often are Hannah Brockhuis, Lucie Johnston, Jennifer Meirhofer, Lexi Zepeda, Kayla Wilson and Angeles Jauregui. The studio is a single space on North El Camino Real, with the reformer at the center of each class.
