What the classes are like

Most of the studio's classes are Pilates strength and sculpt sessions, built around core and pelvic floor work. The sessions are strong in energy and aimed at students who already have some experience. The example class, Pilates Strength & Sculpt at intermediate level, runs for an hour and shows the studio's general shape.

Angelic Diaz, Monse Ramirez and Lucy Martinez lead most of the classes, so a regular student tends to work with the same few facilitators over time.

How the week is shaped

The studio runs a couple of dozen classes in the coming weeks, with the busiest sessions in the evening. More than half of the classes start in the evening, and most of those begin around 6pm or 7pm. Early classes start as early as 5am, and about a third of the week falls before 9am.

Monday, Tuesday and Friday carry the most classes. There are no midday or weekend sessions in the schedule, so the studio suits people who can practice before work or after it.
