A morning-led week

The timetable at Swift Fitness is built around the morning. Most classes fall before noon, and a good share start before 9am, with the earliest class at 5am. Evening classes are fewer, with the latest start at 5:30pm, and midday and weekend sessions make up only a small part of the week.

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday carry the most classes. The start times that come up most often are 6am, 8am, 9am and noon, which makes the studio a steady option for anyone who likes a session before work.

Strength, boxing and a little yoga

The studio's classes are built around strength and connection. SwiftFit, Women's Small Group Training, Partner Workout and ForeverFit are the formats to look at for group strength work, and Boxing/Kickboxing adds a shorter 45-minute session with a more physical rhythm. Yoga is part of the mix, so the schedule is not limited to high-effort training.

Most classes run for an hour, which gives time to warm up, work through the main set and cool down. Connection-focused sessions are a smaller part of the timetable, alongside the strength formats.
