What the studio offers
Most of the classes here are strength and conditioning. Strong-style sessions, upper body and lower body strength work, and full body strength classes make up a large part of the timetable, alongside core and pelvic floor work. Yoga, including slow flow and strength flow, and HIIT Pilates give the week a different rhythm.
Classes usually run about an hour, with shorter express sessions and a few 30 or 45 minute options for busy days.
How the week runs
Most classes start in the morning, and the earliest begin at 5:15am. Midday and evening classes are also on the timetable, with the busiest start times around 9:30am, noon and late afternoon. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday are the busiest days. Weekend classes make up a smaller part of the week.
Facilitators include Tiffany Jones, Erin Gantenbein, Grace Linhart and Wendy Taylor, who teach the largest share of classes. Nataly Barriga, Tiffany Jolly, Brittany Garside, Elisa Grabner, Erin McCrillis and Nicole Moe also lead regular sessions.
