In The Summerland’s words

Join Yoga Instructor, Breathwork Facilitator and Sound Immersion Practitioner Shay Huff for an evening of rest. SOOTHE is a three-part experience designed to gently guide you back into your body and the present moment. We begin with a short Yin and Restorative inspired yoga practice to release tension and soften the body, followed by grounding breathwork to steady the nervous system and anchor your awareness. The experience then transitions into an immersive sound journey with crystal singing bowls, offering space for deep rest, integration, and quiet reconnection. Come as you are, lie back, breathe deeply, and allow yourself to receive. Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply soothed. No experience necessary. Wear comfy clothes and bring water. Extra pillows and blankets are always wonderful additions as we will spend most of our time on our backs. When preparing for the evening, ask yourself, "how can I make myself the most cozy?" Mats, bolsters, blocks and eye masks will be provided. Move | Breathe | Rest
