How the week runs
The schedule here is built around the morning. Most classes start before noon, and about a third begin before 9am. The busiest start times are 6:15am, 8:45am, 10am and 11:15am, and Monday, Wednesday and Friday are the days when most people practice.
Evening classes are fewer, about one in ten, with the latest starts around 5:30pm. Weekend and midday classes make up a small share of the week.
What the classes are like
Yoga, Pilates and barre sit alongside strength, Tabata and circuit-style classes such as Buns & Guns and No Limit Circuit. Qigong and tai chi, flow, and stretch and mobility classes give the timetable a slower side. Restorative and restore classes are a good choice for a gentler session.
Most classes last about 60 minutes, which keeps the rhythm of a visit predictable. Classes are offered in English, and no pass is needed to take part.
