Friskis&Svettis Sundbyberg

Friskis&Svettis Sundbyberg is a gym and group class studio in Centrala Sundbyberg, Stockholm. Yoga carries most of the schedule, with a few Pilates classes and gentler sessions alongside it. Class names include Jympa, Cirkelfys, Cirkel HIT, Spin intervall, Dans Fusion and Split bål, a short core class. Seniorklubben classes are made for people 60 and over, and some Jympa classes welcome children aged 6 to 9 along. Many classes focus on core, pelvic floor and flexibility. They run mostly in the evenings, with a good share in the mornings too.
