What the studio offers

Most of the timetable is pilates. Reformer classes sit alongside core and pelvic floor sessions, and about half of all classes carry the strong label. Barre, mobility and stretch work appear less often, and a few classes are flow based or aimed at experienced practitioners.

The classes have distinct names that describe what you will do, such as Reformer Stretch, Total Barre and Mat Flow with Small Props. Choosing by name is a good way to match a class to what you want from the session.

When the classes run

The week starts early. Nearly all classes fall in the morning, with the most popular start times at 6:30am, 7:30am, 8:30am and 9:30am. Monday, Wednesday and Friday carry the most classes. Evening sessions are rare, and the studio does not offer midday classes.

Weekend classes are also limited, with only about one in ten sessions falling on a Saturday or Sunday. Plan ahead if you want a weekend session, as the timetable is built around weekday mornings.
