What to expect in a class

The Soma Energy mat class is a traditional and energetic Pilates flow pitched at an intermediate to advanced level. It adapts the Soma Method into a full body sequence meant to leave you feeling energised and refreshed. Bianca Jade leads the largest share of the classes, so the studio's identity is closely tied to her teaching.
