What the yoga looks like

Most of the schedule is yoga, and more than half of it is gentle in tone. Hatha is the style that comes up most often, with restorative, yin and slow flow classes also part of the week. Many classes run 75 minutes, which gives time to settle into longer holds.

The week is split fairly evenly between mornings and evenings, with very little in the middle of the day. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday are the busiest days, and start times cluster around 10am, 6pm and 7:30pm.

Who leads the classes

The studio is run by a team of registered massage therapists, acupuncturists and yoga instructors. Dax Vorona leads more classes than anyone else at the studio. The space is set up for both yoga and treatments, so a visit can combine a class with a session if you choose.
