What the classes are
The studio's timetable is built around pilates, yoga and strength. About a third of its classes are yoga, a third are pilates, and a third are strong sessions that build endurance. Reformer classes appear across levels, from all levels to intermediate, and barre, mat pilates and yin yoga add variety. Core and pelvic floor classes make up about a fifth of the timetable, and a few classes focus on flexibility or flow.
The studio also welcomes families. Baby friendly mat pilates and gentle yoga sessions sit alongside parent and child classes, so people with young children can practice in the same space.
When classes run
Evening is when most classes run, with more than half of the timetable starting after 5pm. Morning classes from 6am make up about a fifth of the week, and midday and weekend sessions are fewer. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday carry the most classes, so these are the days with the widest choice.
Most classes run 45 minutes, and the shorter 30 minute sessions are useful for a lunch break or a gentle practice before bed.
