In Aerial Silk Vienna’s words
This workshop is an invitation to approach rope through sensuality, presence, and embodied expression. Together, we will explore the weight of softness, engaging our senses to bring more intention and intimacy into how we experience the rope. Through a series of guided prompts, you'll learn how to infuse existing sequences or movement with texture and emotional tone - whether for performance, personal practise, or the simple pleasure of moving.
