Yoga is the most common practice at CrossFit Area 23, with about a fifth of classes. Yoga mit Rosi is pitched as a way to improve flexibility and ease tension, either after a workout or on a rest day. Yoga mit Doris focuses on breath techniques and body awareness. Yin, mobility and stretch classes add more options for slower, quieter sessions.
Pilates appears as a few classes, and Yogalates brings yoga and Pilates together in one hour. Strength, balance and core work are also on the timetable, so the studio covers a wide range of movement.
