Energy Studio Wien – Sound Healing, Reiki, Yoga & Meditation by Energy Medicine Academy

Energy Studio Wien is a yoga and sound studio in Katastralgemeinde Landstraße, Vienna. Classes pair yoga with sound baths, breathwork and meditation, often with gong and singing bowls. The yoga ranges from mindful vinyasa and flow to yin, somatic yoga and a TCM-inspired flow, with mat Pilates alongside. Most classes are open to all levels, and many are gentle, calming or restorative, with some suited to a first class. Classes run mostly in the evenings, with mornings and weekends too. Class descriptions are in English.
