What the studio offers
Pilates is the core of this studio, and nearly all of its classes are open to every level. The timetable also includes a smaller share of mobility and stretch sessions, and a 30-minute fascia training class that works on the connective tissue through pressure, stretch and movement.
The classes are split fairly evenly between morning and evening, with few sessions at midday or on weekends. Many classes are offered in a hybrid format, combining in-person and online participation, provided at least three people join.
The studio and its rhythm
The studio is small, with a handful of facilitators. Carolyn leads the largest number of classes. Most sessions last 60 minutes, which gives enough time to move through a full Pilates practice without rushing.
On its own website, the studio describes its approach to the space and the people who practice there. For a first visit, the website is the place to see the current timetable and details of how classes are arranged.
