Styles and practices
Yoga is the core of the schedule at om gardens, and the classes cover a broad spread. Vinyasa flows are shaped by each teacher's own style, and Ashtanga runs in two levels: Ashtanga Basic introduces a shortened Primary Series, while Ashtanga Evolve goes deeper into the full sequence for those with some experience. Yin and sound sessions offer a quieter counterpoint.
The studio also runs classes in Pilates, strength and mobility. Pilates Sculpt builds core, legs and glutes with controlled, repeated movement, and Barre Burn mixes ballet, Pilates and stretching into a full-body session. Yoga Skills: Inversions is a focused hour on hand balancing and inversions, with a plank hold of 30 seconds listed as a prerequisite.
Times, teachers and language

The studio has around ten facilitators, and Christina, Josefine, Louis, Philipp, Vasiliki and Wendy lead the most classes. Because nearly all classes are in English, visitors can choose a time and style without needing to follow German instructions.
