What the classes focus on
The studio is built around reformer pilates, most often in its classic, classic plus and sculpt forms. These classes are described as strong and aimed at experienced practitioners, and they build on the reformer's springs and carriage. Tower classes, barre and mat pilates make up the rest, with the occasional class for core and pelvic floor or balance.
The classes are women only, and the studio asks that people who are pre or postnatal or who have injuries do not book the reformer and tower sculpt classes. Each class description starts with a request to read everything before booking.
How the week runs
Most classes are in the evening, with about half of the timetable starting after the working day. Friday, Monday and Wednesday are the busiest days. Morning classes begin from 8:30am, and midday classes are less common.
Language is split across the week. More than half of the classes are in German and about a third are in English, with the same class offered in both languages at different times. The studio does not offer passes, so each class is booked on its own.
