What the studio teaches

Barre is one of the most common classes here, building strength and mobility at the ballet barre by drawing on ballet, Pilates and stretching. Yoga takes up a similar share of the timetable, from the active flow of yoga flow to the quieter yoga unwind, which ends in meditation. Jazz dance, musical open class and acting show the studio's theatrical side, with short choreographies and scenes.

For parents, MamaBabyBARRE and family yoga on weekends are built for mothers, expectant mothers and children who want to move together.

How the week runs

Most classes run in the evening, with the busiest starts around 7:30pm and 7:15pm. Mornings are the second largest block, with 9am and 8am starts, and a few classes fall at midday. Weekend classes are a smaller part of the week, and the family yoga class is the main option for those days.

Classes are usually an hour long. The beginner acting intensive is the longest offering at three hours.
