What a first class here looks like
Nearly all of the classes in this collection are taught in English and set at the first-class level. The practice behind almost all of them is Pilates, which means a focus on controlled movement, breath and the deep muscles of the body. The language and the level are the two things that set this page apart, so the classes can be followed without prior experience.
The introductory class at Syrenka Studio Pilatesu is listed as taught in both Polish and English, which can help when you want a bit of the local language alongside the instructions.
When the classes run
The classes are spread fairly evenly across the day. About a third fall around midday, a third in the evening and a third at weekends, with fewer in the morning and none before 9am. The busiest start times are 3pm, 10am, 1pm and 7pm, and the latest class starts at 8pm.
Most people looking to try a first class tend to find a slot at lunchtime or after work. Thursday, Tuesday and Saturday are the busiest days, which may be worth knowing if you want a quieter room to start in.
