Szkoła Zen Kwan Um - Główna Świątynia Wu Bong Sa is a Zen temple in Falenica, Warsaw. Classes center on meditation in the Zen tradition, with open Sunday practice for members, sympathizers and anyone curious about Zen. Sessions run from about two to four hours, and some include chanting, like the kido for the deceased led by a nun. A Zen Circle (Krąg Zen) is led by a Dharma master and looks at how to meditate with a wandering mind. After practice, people stay for tea, coffee and conversation. Classes are taught in Polish and happen on weekends, mostly in the morning.
