Classes for every level

Yoga is the core of the schedule at yogagarage, and the classes are arranged by experience rather than by style. The Grundlagen classes are for people starting out together, who want to build solid basics and learn to stretch arms and legs correctly. Allgemein classes are open to everyone, and the facilitators may suggest simpler variations to beginners when others are working deeper.

For practitioners with more time on the mat, the Fortgeschritten classes are the place to work in detail on individual positions. The studio asks for at least four years of regular practice for these, and a combined Allgemein/Fortgeschritten slot on Wednesdays allows experienced students to deepen their practice alongside the regular group.

How the week runs

The studio's classes run mostly in the evening, with 7:15pm and 5:30pm among the most common start times. Monday, Wednesday and Thursday hold the most classes of the week. A few classes start in the morning, the earliest at 9:15am, and there are no weekend or midday classes.

Each class lasts ninety minutes, and the group size is kept small. Nicole leads the largest number of classes, and the studio's facilitators are the ones to ask about which class suits your current practice.
