Younion Yoga is a yoga studio in Oberstrass, Zurich, with classes in hatha, yin, restorative and vinyasa. Most classes suit all levels, and a few ask for some experience, such as vinyasa with pranayama. The pace is calm and often gentle, with long held shapes in yin and supported poses in restorative classes. Breathwork and meditation run through several classes, and one yin class ends with a sound bath. Classes are taught in German and English, and some are bilingual. One weekly class is held in Ukrainian. Classes run in the mornings and evenings, with some on weekends.
