What a class at resonance waves is like

Resonance waves offers a small set of classes built around gong and singing bowls. Most sessions are a sound bath, where the instruments fill the room and the guide moves the vibrations around the group. A group sound healing class usually opens with a short guided meditation before the sound begins.

The studio keeps its schedule in the evening, and the classes sit close together on the calendar, with the busiest starts at 6pm. Many sessions fall on weekends as well, so the practice works both for a weeknight and for a slower Sunday.

Longer sessions and the people who lead them

The longer XXL Sound Healing event gives more time to the sound and is a good choice when you want to settle in. Tea is served, and oracle cards can be pulled, so the evening has a gentle, social side as well.

There are no passes listed for the studio, so each visit is a single class. Camille leads a good share of the sessions, which gives the practice a steady, recognizable voice.
