The Heights puts Pilates at the center of its schedule. Nearly all of its classes are Pilates and nearly all carry a strong energy, with core and pelvic floor work running through the week. Reformer is the most common style, and Reformer Fitness and Pilates S T R E T C H are among the classes on the timetable. Jumpboard Cardio adds a different kind of session for those who want more movement.
Classes are steady and compact. Most run 45 minutes, which makes them easy to fit around work or an early start.
How the week runs
The studio's day begins early. More than half of its classes start in the morning, and a sizeable share begin before 9am, with the earliest at 6am.
