What the classes are
Pilates is the center of the studio's timetable, and TruePilates is the longest form at an hour. TrueFlow Pilates and TrueFlow and Recovery Pilates bring a flowing rhythm to the same work, and Core & Caboose Pilates focuses on the core and pelvic floor in a shorter session. Alongside them are strength classes such as BodyPump and BodyPump Heavy, which bring a more weighted, sweat-based feel.
Barre and vinyasa appear as smaller parts of the schedule. TrueBarre and Heated Barre keep to the same fifty-minute length as most of the studio's classes, and Heated Vinyasa adds a warm, yoga-based option for people who prefer that style.
How the week runs
Most classes begin in the morning, with the busiest start times at 8:30am, 9:30am and 10:30am. Around a third of classes begin before 9am, which makes early practice easy to fit before a working day. Evening classes make up about a fifth of the week, with 5:30pm the most common evening start.
Monday, Thursday and Friday carry the most classes. The studio runs a handful of locations, and the facilitators who teach most often include Katt Sias, Erin Jenny and Bri Davis.

Pilates is the largest part of the timetable at TrueCore Fitness Leander, and the classes run in several forms. TruePilates is the longest at an hour, while TrueFlow Pilates and Core & Caboose Pilates come in shorter versions. Most people practice in the morning, so the early starts are where the studio's Pilates is concentrated.
