What the classes are
Most of the schedule is yoga, and the classes cover a wide spread of styles. Vinyasa and hot yoga each make up about a fifth of what is offered, and there is a good number of flow classes, kundalini sessions and hatha. Yin and gentler classes appear regularly too, so a person can move between energetic and slower practices within the same week.
The studio also has a set of classes built around sound and stillness. Sound baths, restore, calm and deep chill classes make up a noticeable share of the schedule, along with mobility and stretch sessions. Playful power and sweat classes sit at the more vigorous end.
How the week runs
About half the classes start in the morning, and the earliest begins at 9am. The evenings carry about a third of the schedule, with 5:30pm among the busiest start times. Midday classes are less common, and weekends make up only about one in ten classes.
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday tend to hold the most classes. Anyone planning a regular practice can look for the mornings or early evenings that suit their day.
