What the classes look like

The studio's lineup is dominated by MegaSculpt classes, offered at all levels with some labeled advanced. Alongside them run Mega Arms & Abs, a shorter 40-minute session, and Booty Core Burn & Restore, which runs an hour. A few stretch and mobility classes give the week a softer counterpoint, and a restorative style appears only occasionally.

The themed classes stand out too. Fright Night, Pajama Party and Latin Beats & Burn bring a seasonal or musical twist to the usual format, and the DJ and beats sessions are a small part of the timetable.

The shape of the week

Most of the week's start times sit before noon. The busiest slots are 8:30am, 9:30am and 10:30am, and a considerable share of classes begin before 9am. Evenings run lighter, with the busiest evening start at 5pm and the latest class at 7pm.

The studio's sessions are led by a couple of dozen facilitators, with Andie Willis, Ali Sulak, Mandie Newsome, Jane Gustavson and Deb Miner among those teaching the most classes. Passes are not part of the picture here, as classes are booked individually.
