About Saratoga Sweat

Saratoga Sweat is a hot studio on Maple Avenue in Saratoga Springs, where most of the practice is hot yoga and a sweaty, energetic style of class. Mornings carry much of the timetable, with a steady group of about ten facilitators leading sessions across dozens of classes. Pilates with a core and pelvic floor focus sits alongside yoga, and a few DJ and beats sessions add a different pace.

What the practice feels like

The studio runs hot yoga across nearly every class, and the heat and sweat set the pace of the practice. Core and pelvic floor work, mostly in Pilates, appears in most of the timetable, so the studio suits people who want strength and control alongside the heat.

The Pilates and yoga classes are joined by a few DJ and beats sessions, including Bikram Beats, which bring a different feel to the week without leaving the studio's energy behind.

How the week runs

Mornings are the heart of the schedule. More than half of the classes are in the morning, with about a third starting before 9am and the earliest at 6:30am. The busiest start times are 7:30am and 9:30am, and classes in the evening, starting as late as 6pm, round out the day. Friday, Monday and Tuesday carry the most sessions, and weekend classes make up about a fifth of the week.

The studio is at 426 Maple Avenue, Unit 4 in Saratoga Springs. Most sessions last an hour, with a few running to 90 minutes.
