Heat, flow and strength
The studio's timetable is built around hot practice. Hot vinyasa, hot flow, Baptiste HOT Yoga and Candlelight Hot Flow give the space its character, and Sweat & Surrender and HOT Sculpt bring the same heat to a more intense session. Gentler versions like Gentle Hot Yoga keep the warmth while slowing the pace.
Beyond the heated yoga, there is a steady line of strength work. Barre Bootcamp, HOT Sculpt and Pilates-based classes focus on the core, the pelvic floor and the hips, while Rise and Energize offers a lighter way to wake up.
How the week runs
Morning is the studio's strongest time. About half of its classes run in the morning, and many start before 9am, with the earliest at 5:30am. Midday offers fewer options, and the evening classes, which finish by 7pm at the latest, make up a smaller share of the week.
The classes are spread across a couple of dozen facilitators, with Lynn, Belinda, Kendra and Mary Beth among those who lead the most sessions.
