What the studio offers
WellNest Studios runs a mix of practices from one address. The most common classes are strong, with strength work, boot camp style sessions, kickboxing and spin. Yoga is a steady part of the week too, including vinyasa, hatha and yin, which tend to run an hour. Pilates and core and pelvic floor classes make up a smaller share.
The studio also offers chair yoga and a first class ever, so the schedule is not only for people already practiced in exercise. Most classes last about 45 minutes.
How the week runs
Classes begin as early as 5:15am and continue through the evening, with the last starts at 6:30pm. Early mornings and evenings hold most of the timetable, and weekends are a smaller part of the week. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday are the busiest days.
For a visit that fits around work, the early and late starts give the most options. Booking directly with the studio is the way to reserve a place in a given class.
