MiNi & ME is a place for families and little ones to move together. Most of its classes are parent and child sessions, where children climb, jump and play while a grown-up is close by. Here the evenings carry most of the timetable, and the sessions are built around the rhythm of the family day.
It suits you if
- you are a parent looking for movement with a toddler
- your child is between four and seven and loves to jump and climb
- you prefer evening classes after the working day

What happens at MiNi & ME
The heart of the studio is its parent and child classes. Turnzwerge, for children aged 1 to 4 and their grown-up, is an hour of climbing, jumping and playing together. Sprungfüchse, for children from 4 to 7, runs for 45 minutes and uses movement landscapes and playful games to build balance, coordination and confidence.
Beyond the kids' classes, the offer includes pilates for adults, a full body workout held outdoors and a family disco that fills the gym of the Seeschule Rangsdorf with music and light.
How the week runs
Most classes take place in the evening, with a small share at midday and a few on weekends. The earliest class starts at 3:15pm and the latest at 6:30pm. The busiest times are the late afternoon and early evening, when families are most likely to be free.
A small team of facilitators, led by Simon, Lars and Lisa, runs the classes, so you can expect a steady and familiar group of people guiding each session.
