ŌHIA - Find Inner Peace. Yoga & Meditation Courses

ŌHIA is a boutique meditation and yoga studio in Mitte near Rosenthaler Platz, built as a space without distractions for breath, movement and presence. The schedule mixes vinyasa, Jivamukti, yin and prenatal yoga with Pilates, breathwork, sound baths and hypnosis, taught in English. About 69 classes a week run from morning to evening, busiest on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Classes suit all levels, and mats, blocks, cushions and blankets are provided. A drop-in class costs €25, and new students can take 3 classes within 14 days for €39.
