Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Zentrum

Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Zentrum has been in Friedenau, between Schöneberg and Steglitz, since 1991. It offers holistic Sivananda yoga and meditation for beginners and experienced practitioners, in large, bright studios with a yoga platform in the garden. The center also runs retreats, an online program and a four-week teacher training that meets the 200-hour Yoga Alliance standard. About 22 classes a week, mostly in the evening. A drop-in class costs €25, and new students can start with a trial class at no charge.
