How the week is shaped
Most of the classes at y4all take place in the evening, and a smaller share falls in the morning and on weekends. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday carry the most sessions, and the busiest starts cluster between 5:15pm and 7:15pm. The earliest class begins at 10:15am, so the studio suits people who can get there after the working day.
The classes run for around 45 minutes. Two of the example classes are Core Power and Core Power Advanced, both built on classical Pilates principles with yoga and functional bodywork.
Styles and ways in
Core Power draws on Pilates, yoga and calisthenics, and it is open to students at every level. Core Power Advanced is for experienced practitioners who want to work deeper into the complex Pilates repertoire with precision and control. Jonas leads a good share of the timetable.
For those who want to go beyond regular classes, the studio offers private sessions, aerial workshops, Yoga Foundations courses, retreat weeks and a Yoga Teacher Training. The Teacher Training is aimed at practitioners who have been practicing for a while and want to deepen their understanding of yoga.
