What the mornings look like
Yoga leads this collection, and vinyasa is the style you will find most often. Classes are mostly for all levels, so you can join without prior experience. Pilates comes next, with reformer and sculpt classes at ONA STUDIO in Cinq Cantons, and a more gentle introduction to the reformer at L'atelier Pilates in Anglet.
For something more intense, the hot classes at ONA STUDIO and YOGA BIKRAM, as well as the Ashtanga and Mysore sessions at MANA YOGA CENTER in Seignosse, offer a different pace on the same weekend mornings.
Where to practice
Most of the classes are in Cinq Cantons, Seignosse, the Biarritz centre, Guéthary and Anglet. Each neighborhood has its own feel, from the studios near the centre of Biarritz to the coastal village of Guéthary.
If you want to practice in several places over a weekend, the studios are close enough to combine. Many facilitators teach at more than one studio, so you may recognize a teacher across different locations.
