How the week runs

Most of the timetable at Jess Be Here is yoga, and most of it runs in the morning. More than half of the classes start before noon, and about a third begin before 9am, with the most common start times around 7:30am and 9:30am. The evening program is smaller but steady, with a busy cluster of starts between 5:30pm and 7pm.

Weekends are quieter than weekdays. Monday, Tuesday and Saturday carry the most classes, so those are the days with the widest choice.

Styles and practices

Hot yoga is one of the studio's main styles, and it runs alongside a broad mix of practice. Hot power yoga flow and hottish yoga classes build heat and movement, while yin and restorative classes ask for long holds and stillness. Candlelight restorative yoga and yin and restore, with the wall used as a prop, show how the studio pairs slow work with support.

Beyond yoga, there are meditation classes, mobility and stretch sessions, functional movement for strength, and a few sound baths with gong and bowls. The sound baths and restorative classes suit anyone who wants to slow down.
