What the classes are
The studio's classes are built around the reformer. Nearly every session is a form of Pilates on the apparatus, and the standard workout runs about 45 minutes. Alongside it you will find a small number of gentler options, such as a stretch and mobility class of roughly half an hour, and a few sessions focused on joints, flexibility and mobility.
The studio also offers a orientation workout for those new to the reformer, and a set of sessions for experienced students that go deeper into technique.
How the week runs
The day starts early. About a third of the classes begin before 9am, and most of the timetable sits in the morning. Midday is quieter, with only a few classes, and about one in ten falls in the evening. About a fifth of classes run at the weekend.
The busiest days are Monday, Tuesday and Friday, and the most popular start times cluster at 7:15am, 8:15am, 9:15am and 5:30pm. The earliest class begins at 5:45am and the latest at 7pm.
