When classes run
The studio's timetable leans toward the morning. About half of its classes start before noon, and a fifth begin before 9am, with 6am as the earliest start. Evenings are the second busiest stretch, with classes running into the 7pm slot. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday tend to carry the most classes.
Styles and how they feel
Gentle and Yin classes give space to slow movement and long holds, while Slow Flow and Vinyasa connect breath and movement at a steady pace. Power and Power+ classes add more strength work, including a session focused on the glutes and core. Yoga nidra and Yin + Yoga Nidra sessions move the other way, toward rest and a quieter body.
Who leads and how long
A couple of dozen facilitators teach at the studio, and Ashley Sprinkle, Kelsey Harrison, Mandy Wozniak, Bre Chapman and Rachael Lockmiller lead many of the sessions. Most classes run for an hour, which leaves time to settle into the practice without rushing the end.
