yoga on the lake runs well over a hundred classes across a handful of studios, and most of them are hot. Heat is the main thread here, with vinyasa, soul sculpt and barre sessions that build sweat and strength. Gentle yoga, yoga nidra and tai chi sit alongside the more intense practice, so the schedule covers quite a range.

What the classes look like
The classes here lean heavily into heat. More than half of the timetable is hot yoga, and sweat is one of the most common threads, alongside core and pelvic floor work and strength. Vinyasa is a steady presence, many sessions are marked all levels, and soul sculpt, barre and power vinyasa add a more athletic edge.
For a slower pace, gentle yoga comes in both heated and unheated versions. Yin, restorative classes, meditation and floating yoga nidra give the timetable a quieter side, and tai chi offers a flowing, grounded practice without much heat at all.
When and with whom
Most classes start in the morning, with more than half beginning before noon and about a third before 9am. Popular starts include 6:30am and 9:15am, with a noon slot and a 5:30pm evening class also drawing a good number of people. Monday, Tuesday and Friday are the busiest days, and weekends make up about a fifth of the schedule.
Most sessions run an hour, while the express classes are 45 minutes. Dozens of facilitators teach here, and Ashley, Kristi, Christine, Heather, Elise S, Liz, Chloe, Stacy, Brooke and Nathan lead the largest share of the classes.
