Carmen Lucia - Pilates, Yoga & mehr (Standort Sülz) is a Pilates and yoga studio in Sülz, Cologne. Mat Pilates makes up most of the classes, from basics for first-timers to Pilates Intensiv and Pilates Flow for people with experience. Many classes work on the core and pelvic floor, with others given to mobility, stretching and a strong back. Yoga includes yin yoga and prenatal yoga, and there is a Rückbildungskurs that combines postnatal exercise with Pilates. Classes run through the morning and evening, with some on weekends. Class descriptions are written in German.
