Strength at the center of the studio
Most classes at Movement Club are strength sessions. Functional Kraft is the studio's signature class, using barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells for squats, deadlifts and other lifts where technique and load matter. Core is a group class that focuses on the midsection and the back, using body weight, small equipment and the sling trainer.
The studio also offers a hybrid class called You go I go, where two people work in parallel and take turns through the exercises, combining strength with cardiovascular elements.
Classes for parents and every stage of pregnancy
Movement Club runs a Baby Functional Kraft class, where parents train while their baby plays, chills or sleeps nearby, for babies who cannot walk yet. A prenatal Functional Kraft class adapts each exercise to the stage of pregnancy and works the legs, back and core. Postnatal classes are also part of the offering.
Most classes take about an hour, and the studio's schedule spreads across the morning, midday and evening, with the busiest start times around 8am, 9am, noon and 6pm. Wednesday, Monday and Friday tend to carry the most classes across the week.
