The classes and the rhythm of the week

Barre and yoga carry much of the schedule, with strength-based classes such as Sculpt 45, Yoga Sculpt, Balance & Burn and Strengthen & Lengthen close behind. Power yoga and Feel Good Flow add a flowing, moving pace, and Mat Pilates gives a slower focus on core and control. Laughter Yoga is a lighter, playful option within the same studio.

Classes are concentrated in the morning, with starts as early as 7:45am and the busiest start times around 8:15am and 9am. Evenings are also active, with the busiest slots near 5:15pm and the latest class starting at 5:30pm. Midday classes are fewer, and weekend classes make up about a fifth of the schedule.

Where to start

Friday, Tuesday and Wednesday are the busiest days, so these are good days to book ahead. The studio is in Buena Vista, a small town, so the schedule suits people who prefer a quiet, focused setting over a large city studio.

To start, a 60 minute barre, Feel Good Flow or Strengthen & Lengthen class is a balanced first visit. Those who want a shorter session can try Strength + Mobility or Sculpt 45.
