BEING SPACE 1 Hoheluft is a yoga and sound studio in Eimsbüttel, Hamburg. Classes are open to all levels and lean calm and restorative, with yin, vinyasa flow, Jivamukti, somatic yoga and breathwork on the schedule. Sound is a thread through the practice: sound baths with singing bowls and gong, yin paired with crystal bowls, and breathwork combined with sound. Back yoga classes, one with a physiotherapy angle, and Shake the Dust, a movement practice, round it out. Most classes run in the evening, with some mornings and weekend sessions.
