What the studio practices
The studio's timetable is built around Pilates and strength. Reformer classes sit alongside Pilates strength and cardio circuits, and body pump weight training and functional strength offer structured work for the whole body. Cycle, body combat cardio kickboxing and athletic circuit training add a higher energy option.
Most classes are about an hour or less, and the studio has a clear focus on core and pelvic floor work across many of its sessions.
How the week runs
Morning is the heart of the schedule. Most classes start before noon, with a cluster at 6am and a busy run around 9:15am and 10:30am. Classes return in the late afternoon, with a start at 5:15pm, and the studio runs a steady weekday rhythm, busiest on Monday, Thursday and Friday.
Weekend classes make up about a fifth of the timetable, so the studio is a practical choice for a weekend session too.
