Align Studio sits on High Street in Hampton Hill, and its timetable is mostly yoga, with a steady share of Pilates, barre and restore classes beside it. The studio runs classes from early morning through to the evening, so it fits before work or after it. Its hot and infrared yoga classes use far infrared panels to warm the room, which sets its heated practice apart from many other studios.

What the studio offers
Yoga makes up about half of what Align Studio offers, and it comes in several forms. Vinyasa and flow classes link movement to breath, while yin and restorative classes hold postures for longer and move more slowly. Hatha appears too, along with a few sound baths and somatic classes for a quieter session.
The studio also runs a strong line of Pilates and barre. Mat Pilates, warm Pilates, golden Pilates and barre all appear across the week, so you can add a different kind of work next to your yoga.
When to practice
Most classes start in the morning, and 8am and 9:30am are among the busiest start times. Midday and evening classes also run, with 12:30pm and 7:30pm drawing many people. The earliest class starts at 7:45am and the latest at 7:45pm.
Classes are typically an hour long. Align Studio does not sell a pass, so each class is booked individually through its website.
