What the classes feel like
Most of what happens in this studio is strong and energetic. Strength and weights, Pilates, power vinyasa and yoga sculpt sit at the center of the timetable, and more than half the classes carry a strong energy. Vinyasa is the most common style, followed by yoga itself, with core and pelvic floor work appearing about as often as strength and Pilates.
The calmer side of the studio is smaller but present. Yin and nidra sessions, restore classes and a sound bath with Kyla give space for slower practice, and flexibility work appears in a few classes. Most sessions run an hour, and a few stretch to 75 minutes.
How the week runs
The studio's mornings are its busiest stretch. Classes begin as early as 6am, and the peak starts come at 9am, 6am, 7:30am and noon. Evenings run until 7pm, and midday holds a small share of the timetable.
With a couple of dozen facilitators, the teaching is shared across many voices. Jolene Newman, Stacy Dengler, Charelle Grgas, Ali Barberree and Ellery Hill lead many of the classes, and the studio's practice is shaped by that steady group of teachers.
