What the classes focus on
Strength is the backbone of the schedule. Sculpt, Pure LIFT, Pure Strength and circuit classes appear throughout the week, often built around glutes, core and arms. Intervals and HIIT sessions run alongside them, and a few Pilates, barre and yoga classes add variety.
For a slower pace, Pilates sculpt and the core and pelvic floor classes offer more controlled work. Heated sculpt and strength sessions use infrared heat for a warmer, more intense format.
How the week runs
Morning classes are the most common, with a strong start from 5:15am and a peak around 7am and 8:30am. Midday and evening sessions are fewer but steady, with LunchLIFT 45 at noon and PM Power 45 and similar classes in the late afternoon and evening.
Classes are led by a couple of dozen facilitators, with Pulse Newport, Diane McNally, Sarah Richards and Annemarie Cazzarro among those who lead the most sessions.
