What is practiced here

Pilates is the main practice here, and reformer sessions form the core of the timetable. Most classes carry a strong, core and pelvic floor focus. Mat pilates runs alongside the reformer work, offering a similar focus without equipment.

Yoga is part of the studio too, though in a much smaller share. Hatha classes and gentler sessions appear in the schedule, and a few flow classes give a more dynamic option. Hip-focused classes like Hip Opener are rare.
